Who we are

This policy explains how AssureLens ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website, including when you request or book a demo. If you use the AssureLens platform as a customer, your organization's agreement with us governs the data processed on the platform.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request or book a demo we collect your name, work email, company, role, the interests you select, any message you write, and your scheduling choices (time and time zone).
• Technical information. Our servers record your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the site secure and to limit abusive or automated requests. For rate limiting we store a one-way hash of network identifiers rather than the raw value.
• Cookies. This website uses cookies needed for security and sign-in. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule and run your demo, and send confirmations, reminders and calendar invitations.
• To follow up about AssureLens where relevant to your request.
• To secure the site, prevent abuse, and improve our content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you (for example email delivery and hosting providers), who may process it only on our instructions, and where the law requires it. Some code libraries on this site are delivered by third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser fetches them.

How long we keep it

We keep demo request information while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email support@assurelens.com. A demo booking can also be cancelled at any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
